🚍 The Railway Town Ramblers – Monthly Bus Tours
Moy-Yan Neighbourhood House is excited to launch a brand-new program designed to get people out, connected, and exploring together — The Railway Town Ramblers: Monthly Bus Tours.
This new initiative will offer relaxed, friendly day trips by bus, connecting communities with art, food, gardens, history, and great places to explore across Gippsland and beyond. Whether you’re a curious explorer, a garden lover, an art enthusiast, or simply enjoy good company and a scenic drive, Railway Town Ramblers will have something for you.
The aim is simple:
to create welcoming, accessible outings that encourage social connection, discovery, and shared experiences — without the stress of planning or driving.
🌿 What could a Ramblers trip look like?
We’re currently shaping the program and would love community input. Some of the destinations being considered include:
• Art galleries and creative studios• Stunning gardens and heritage properties• Markets, cafés, and regional food destinations• Scenic towns and historic locations• Unique experiences such as lunch cruises and sculpture parks
A few ideas already on the table include gardens, galleries, markets, coastal and country towns, glass and mosaic studios, historic homesteads, and iconic Gippsland destinations — but nothing is set in stone yet.
